Chef Felipe Gaytan has had a hand in the dining
business for more than 19 years. His culinary career
began at the ripe age of 15 when he joined the kitchen
staff at his mother's restaurant in Mexico. It was in this
kitchen he discovered a knack for blending flavors, and
developed a love for cooking.
As a young man he showed a great leadership in the
culinary industry, that proved to be a doorway into a
fruitful career.
In the years that followed he acquired his own signature
style while serving under the direction of renowned
chefs. His culinary expertise led him to pursue his own
passion into entrepenurship.
Since taking on the challenge, Chef Felipe Gaytan's
culinary masterpieces have won over hundreds of loyal
customers, as well as some of the most respected food
critics in the United States.
Now,Chef Felipe Gaytan is truly trailblazing. In his 3rd
year, Flavors of Passion Awards has brought the best
Latino chefs to the forefront of recognition. Showcasing
their culinary talents presented by the only Awards Show
recognizing Latino Chefs in the United States.
