FLAVORS OF PASSION AWARDS OVERVIEW

The concept is to initiate and perpetuate a Latino Chef's culinary event. The project is designed to host and honor the "Best of the Best" Latino Chefs from around the nation, and eventually the world. Recognized Chefs will be selected from the nations best gourmet venues. Chefs who demonstrate by reputation, quality, variety, authenticity, creativity, presentation and overall excellence will be sought. Chefs from the hospitality, restaurant, celebrity and private sector will participate. The collection of world class, award winning Latino Chefs will be gathered within the Dallas area where a first class venue will provide a stage to display the talents and tastes of each celebrity Chef to the attending guests.
